Meet The Founder

Ever since I was a little girl around 7th or 8th grade I always remembered telling everyone how I wanted to have my own clothing brand. All throughout highschool I always dreamt of starting my own business but there was always this voice of doubt that suppressed my dreams telling me things like
"it's unrealistic", or "not possible". I then later on decided junior year of highschool I would head to college, and follow most people around me because what else was there to do.

Fast forward to the week I moved into college—As I sat in my dorm room thoughts of anxiety filled me and tears ran down my face as I could not accept that this would be the path for me. Finally the concept of free will clicked in my mind and I got up to drive to my parents condo, close by to my now old campus. That same night, within that same hour I made a decision to start my own business, an online clothing boutique.

The second I said those words out loud I felt extreme peace pass over me. I felt extreme relief. I now had felt a tiny piece of what the Lord had for me all because I made the decision to follow His voice and not others.

As I start my boutique I want others to know the true meaning of it and how I aim to make everyone who I encounter and get the privilege of working with to know their purpose in life, and the reason we are here. I want everyone to know they were created in the image of the most high God, and He made us fearfully and wonderfully. He knit us together in our mother's womb.

Annabelle Violet's is not just a business to me, and it is not just to glorify myself. It is to lift up Jesus and encourage everyone. It is a testimony of His goodness and the power of listening to His voice over anyone else's in in the midst of our trials.

I aspire to be like Jesus in the sense that he invites everyone no matter their past, present or future into the kingdom of heaven. Everyone is included, and everyone is welcome at Annabelle Violet's.

I am forever thankful for all the recourses the Lord has provided me with and I aim to inspire and lift up others in their faith. I may fail but God will never fail me and that is why I will always choose to trust in Him
